To describe how Removable Dentures can be used to rehabilitate the worn dentition by: describing the design features, advantages and disadvantages of overlay/onlay and overdentures, describing the synchronous oral rehabilitation of a severely worn dentition requiring a maxillary overdenture and the opposing arch requiring direct restoration with composite resin and discussing the importance of providing posterior occlusal stability in bilateral free-end saddles with partial dentures (after restoring a severely worn anterior dentition).
